Security & Fraud Protection

McWiLL System Features
Main Services:Fixed, portable, mobile voice and data communications.

Main Features:BTS with 5MHz can support up to 15Mbps net throughput, each sector can support more than 300 simultaneous sessions, supporting high-speed mobility, handoff and roaming, N=1 frequency planning, and low latency.

Product Characteristics:
Support up to 100KM/H mobile speed.
Terminals are backward compatible.
Support efficient voice communications and low-bandwidth data.
Support N=1x1 deployment.

Products available in the following frequencies:
336-344MHz, 400-430MHz, 698-746MHz,1785MHz-1805MHz, 2150-2180MHz, 2525-2560MHz, 3300-3400MHz

Unique Advantages of Deploying McWiLL
Large coverage enables fewer cell sites which are expensive in developing countries, leading to much lower Capex and Opex.
N=1 deployment enables a wide area network with as little as 5MHz spectrum, leading to much lower upfront investment on spectrum which is usually quite expensive.
Products with a wide range of frequency allow an operator to choose the most cost effective spectrum to operate.
Lower terminal cost and adequate data rates allow an operator to minimize the Opex and lower the entry barriers for a subscriber.
Most McWiLL terminals can support both voice and data services.
GSM/McWiLL dual mode handsets/PDAs allow an end user to enjoy 3G beyond performance of McWiLL data and cost effective voice without sacrificing easy access advantages of GSM.

A Brand New beyond 3G Integrated Network

The figure shows a typical McWiLL network architecture formed by the McWiLL products and other party products such as NGN etc. The characteristics of this brand new network can be summarized as follows:
Beyond 3G Performance
The 3G technologies cannot meet the four major technical challenges of wireless broadband access while the McWiLL does meet these challenges thanks a synergetic integration of state-of-the-art wireless technologies such as smart antennas, CS-OFDMA, TDD. Hence, the wireless network based on McWiLL products will have beyond 3G performance.

2G like Cost
Thanks to powerful base station technologies, low bandwidth terminals, and software radio architecture, the McWiLL system cost will be significantly lower than 3G or WiMax for the same coverage and throughput. As a matter of fact, the McWiLL radio infrastructure equipment cost per voice channel is also significantly lower (1/2 to 1/3) than the GSM radio infrastructure equipment. While the McWiLL low end terminals may have similar cost than the GSM counterparts, McWiLL outperforms GSM by more than 20 times on data capabilities.
Simple and Flexible Network
Unlike 2G or 3G networks requiring a whole suite of different mobile core networks, such as base station controllers, GPRS gateways, and Mobile switches etc., the McWiLL systems can interface the most common core networks such as standard routers for data and standard soft switching networks for voice. All the mobile services will be managed by the SHLR, EMS and base stations which are connected via internet. For example, our data network can simply integrate with the mature ADSL like broadband network via PPPoE. Our voice network can be easily set up with the existing NGN systems managing standard (fixed) VoIP services. The operator adopting the McWiLL solutions can continue using its core network and the entire subscriber management and billing systems. Adding a McWiLL subscriber for voice and data is just like adding an ADSL or wireline/VoIP subscriber in their subscriber management system without additional hassle. Furthermore, with the dual mode handsets or PDA’s, the McWiLL subscribers can enjoy the best of both networks, i.e., the wide coverage of GSM and high data rate feature of McWiLL, even when the McWiLL coverage is not adequate.
Supporting Most Services and Applications
Due to the salient data and voice capabilities, the McWiLL systems, working with other third party solutions, can support most services and applications, ranging from normal voice calls to high speed video conferencing, from occasion web browsing to high resolution video on demand and IPTV, from short messaging and email services to real time dispatching services.
The McWiLL systems can provide special solutions to private and enterprise networks. For example, interfacing with a soft switch or IP PBX having the dispatching capabilities, the carrier can offer IP based dispatching services for both voice and video for railway, airports, and a large size factory. Camera surveillance systems can be quickly set up with the McWiLL systems for public safety purposes. We can even extend the camera surveillance systems to public buses, taxis, and trains thanks to McWiLL support high data rate under fast mobility.
As for the public network operators, the McWiLL solutions are suitable for both developing and developed countries. For developed countries where cell phones are already commodity, McWiLL can provide beyond 3G mobile data services to high end subscribers and fixed voice/data services to small and medium enterprises. For developing countries, the McWiLL systems will offer more voice than data services since the voice demand is still significantly more. Thanks to the high efficiency in the voice offering, the McWiLL system can offer a large number of voice minutes to the big mass at a small cost. This fits nicely into the voice systems in developing countries since the subscribers in these countries cannot afford high ARPU. As the time goes, if the data demand is increasing, the operator can simply add more base station or capacity to the network without having to switch to a brand new incompatible technology.
Summary
In short, unlike 2G/3G and WiMax systems, which were designed for one time or one place, the McWiLL solution is in a better position to adapt to the changing demands in different times and different places.
